Create your BoulderTech account

Sign in with your crypto wallet, email, or phone. If you use email or phone, we automatically create a secure smart wallet so you can explore the platform right away.

  • Browse active investment groups immediately after connecting.
  • Switch devices freely — your smart wallet stays synced to your login.
Step 2

Verify your identity

Complete our secure KYC flow to unlock investing. Verification keeps the community compliant and protects every investor.

  • Provide your full name, government-issued ID, and proof of address.
  • Complete a quick facial recognition check and short accreditation questionnaire.
Step 3

Join an investment group

Request access to the groups that match your interests. Each group is managed by a vetted administrator who curates opportunities and provides context.

  • Answer a few alignment questions so admins understand your goals.
  • Get notified once you’re approved and the group unlocks in your dashboard.
Step 4

Review curated deals

Every group unlocks detailed deal rooms that include everything you need to make an informed decision.

  • See the project vision, business model, legal structure, and founding team.
  • Rely on BoulderTech diligence plus group administrator review for quality control.
Step 5

Fund and invest

Decide how much to commit, fund your wallet, and confirm the transaction once you’re ready.

  • Hold USDC for your investment amount and a small amount of ETH for gas fees.
  • Review every legal document and term before you sign and submit.
Step 6

Receive and safeguard your tokens

After the Token Generation Event (TGE) for each deal, your tokens land directly in your wallet — you stay in full control.

  • Track communications from BoulderTech so you know when tokens are issued.
  • Store your recovery details safely — you are responsible for the custody of your assets.

What we check during verification

We operate as a regulated investment platform. Completing KYC keeps the community secure and ensures only accredited investors participate.

  • Government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, or driver’s license)
  • Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar)
  • Accredited investor questionnaire responses
